Periodically, we pull our staff together from all points for company-wide training. We will be available on a very limited basis the morning of the 27th, but will be catching up with voicemails and handling urgent matters. In the afternoon, our phones will not be answered just prior to the Memorial Day weekend. We select periods that are traditionally slow for these sessions, and apologize for any immediate inconvenience. In the long-term, these meetings help us provide increasingly better service and products. Thanks for your understanding!
