Expect the Help You Need from People Who Know Cleaning
PUR-O-ZONE is not a recently formed internet company, but an experienced janitorial-sanitation, foodservice, laundry and training company founded in the center of the Heartland of the United States in 1943. That is why you can expect the help you need from people who know cleaning when you purchase from PUR-O-ZONE. We want you to be able to do that with confidence, just as hundreds of large and small customers throughout the Midwest already do.

Cleaning chemistry, products and equipment take knowledge to use effectively and safely. In many cases, they require careful label understanding. In assistance to your own review of product information, but of course not in place of it, we have a knowledgeable staff ready to help you better understand the products you purchase and options you have, and to help resolve common cleaning issues. Please call 800-727-7876, and your needs will be referred to someone well-qualified to assist you or to research your issues and get back with you.

If after assistance, a return or an exchange is still desired, we have a supportive Returns Policy as outlined in general below. Exceptions to these general policies may be noted on individual product descriptions.

RETURNS - Equipment and Machinery

Cleaning equipment is backed by major manufacturer warranties. PUR-O-ZONE works with known and reliable leading manufacturers. Any defects will be rectified by the manufacturer according to the warranty specifications with our assistance to help you in navigating the warranty process. Contact the PUR-O-ZONE Service Department Coordinator, Dave Rethman, at (785) 856-9475 for warranty assistance. 

Equipment used under 2 hours and in "new" condition may be restocked within 30 days of receipt after obtaining a Return Authorization Number. There is a 17% restocking fee required. Shipping of equipment both ways is non-refundable. RANs are granted on a case-by-case basis. Call 800-727-7876 and ask for Customer Service to apply for this process.

We attempt to provide a helpful, knowledgeable and understanding staff to assist you so that return situations are as painless as possible.

RETURNS - General Products

Any unopened products shipped in error by our fault may be returned within 30 days for a full refund including shipping both ways. A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Customer Service at 800-727-7876, explaining the error and receiving approval. Your Customer Service Representative will determine the best method of return at that time.

Products damaged in freight transit are handled as described below under "Important Freight Receiving Instructions."

Unopened liquid or semi-fluid products may be returned after proof of purchase from PUR-O-ZONE within 30 days from shipment date with a Return Authorization Number. Other unused products, or non-liquid or semi-fluid products, that do not meet your satisfaction may be returned, also within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Shipping is not refundable. Please retain all packaging material and reassemble as carefully as possible.

Opened liquid or semi-fluid products are not returnable, however may be refundable if defective. Please contact PUR-O-ZONE Customer Service at 800-727-7876 for a review.

IMPORTANT RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

Freight policies of almost all common carriers require damage or shortages to be discovered and reported at the time of delivery and before the carrier leaves. When your shipment arrives by freight carrier, please follow these guidelines to protect your rights:

1. Check the delivery boxes against the Bill of Lading. Note any missing or damaged boxes by specific line item on the Bill of Lading and keep a copy for your records.

2. Open suspect boxes to determine if there is concealed damage and note it on the Bill of Lading. 

3. You do not have to accept any package leaking liquid. It may be refused at that time. Note the refused box(es) on the Bill of Lading. Retain a copy with the notes you wrote.

4. Contact the freight carrier and PUR-O-ZONE at your earliest convenience and before 24 hours after delivery.

Protection from loss by damage or missing boxes is between you and the freight carrier. PUR-O-ZONE will assist you, but is not responsible for the receipt transaction.
